Gigi Nag

Gigi Nag is an Articling Student with a multidisciplinary practice focus in litigation, employment law, and immigration law. She brings a strong international and business-oriented background to her legal work, allowing her to approach legal issues with both strategic insight and practical awareness.

Gigi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Canadian Law from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Law in London, England. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Law and Business.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Gigi accumulated extensive experience in immigration consulting, international education, and cross-border business operations. She owns and operates her own immigration consulting firm where she supported complex applications and prepared detailed legal submissions, including matters before the Immigration and Refugee Board. Her experience also includes senior management roles in education consulting and international sales, working with multinational corporations and navigating regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.

As an articling student, Gigi supports counsel in civil litigation and employment matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings and submissions, and client communications.
